The Conyngham Borough Feral Cat Program in partnership with Eastern Pennsylvania Animal Alliance, a non-profit, low cost spay-neuter clinic will be at two locations this month. The first clinic will be held at Tractor Supply on Susquehanna Blvd. in West Hazleton on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24TH and at Valley Pets, Route 93, Conyngham on MONDAY, OCTOBER 27th.
Clinic registration at both locations starts at 8:30 a.m. for feral cats and household cats. DOGS MUST BE REGISTERED IN ADVANCE of the clinic date by calling Eastern Pa Animal Alliance at 570-994-5846. Additional information is available at www.epaaonline.com. The clinic is open to all residents in the Greater Hazleton area and surrounding Communities. Anyone interested in having a pet spayed or neutered or self pay to neuter or spay a feral cat is encouraged to participate.
Free information packets on feral cats can be picked up at the Conyngham Borough Building, 215 Main St., Conyngham, during regular office hours Monday thru Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Valley Pets, Route 93, Conyngham during regular business hours and also the day of the clinic.
